This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by Agile Release Limited ("Agile Release", "we", "us") on Google Play (each, "the Game") — including 2048 Cosmos, Word Search, and our other Android titles. By using one of our Games you agree to this policy.
These Games are published by Agile Release Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office: Agile Release Limited, 7 Larkshall Road, London, E4 7HS, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact info@agilerelease.co.uk.
Game progress and settings (saves, best scores, streaks, unlocked content, sound/tutorial preferences) are stored locally via Android app storage and removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. This never leaves your device.
Our Games offer optional leaderboards and achievements via Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in, Google associates your gameplay (best scores, achievements) with your Google Play Games player ID so those features work. Signing in is optional — every Game is fully playable without it, and if you never sign in, no leaderboard/achievement data is collected. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy; manage or delete it in your Google Play Games settings.
Our Games are free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK may collect your advertising identifier, device and network information, app interactions, and general (IP-based) location. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Optional purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details; the app only records, on your device, what you have purchased so it can unlock and restore content.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise GPS location, or biometric data, and we run no first-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Google — AdMob (advertising), Google Play Billing (purchases), and Google Play Games Services (leaderboards & achievements), each acting under its own privacy policy. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service.
To request deletion of data associated with our Games, see our Data Deletion Request page or email info@agilerelease.co.uk.
Depending on where you live (UK/EEA under UK GDPR/GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. As most data is on your device or held by Google, the fastest route is to clear the app's data / uninstall or use your Google account controls. For anything else, contact info@agilerelease.co.uk. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
The Games are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; where required, ad personalisation is disabled for users indicated as children.
Google's services may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in Google's privacy documentation.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
