Data Deletion Request — Agile Release Games

This page applies to all mobile games published by Agile Release Limited (including 2048 Cosmos, Word Search, and our other Android titles). Our Games do not require an account and store your progress locally on your device. Some data may be processed by the Google services our Games use (Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing). You can request deletion of data associated with our Games as described below.

How to request deletion

Email info@agilerelease.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request". Please tell us which game and, if you used Google Play Games sign-in, the Google account / Play Games gamer name you played with, so we can identify the associated data. We action verified requests within 30 days.

What can be deleted

Google Play Games data (leaderboard scores and achievements) linked to your Play Games player ID, on request.
Any support correspondence you have sent us.

What you can delete yourself

Local progress (scores, levels, settings): removed when you uninstall the game, or via Android Settings → Apps → [the game] → Storage → Clear data.
Advertising identifier: reset or delete it in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Play Games data: also manageable in the Google Play Games app.

Data we do not hold

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or payment details. Purchases are processed by Google Play; advertising data is processed by Google AdMob under Google's own policies.
